Today we leave for home. Felt like the perfect amount for time to enjoy our vacation. Not too short, not too long! While we waited for our flight to board, we got to enjoy the lovely Hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Such a dreamy send off. Jesse and I both had to admit to each other that we were a little teary eyed when the song ended. Perfect culmination to such a lovely trip.

We did a family photo shoot along the ocean. Multiple shots, but none with everyone smiling. Oh well, the scenery was breathtaking. Maybe no one will notice our serious little Finny.

The boys took their first full body dips in the Hawaiian Sea. Liam is a total water baby. We all tried to snorkel, but Jess and I got a little freaked out. We still have 4 more days to try to do it again. So much fun playing in the warm surf and watching the kids play in the sand.

Headed to So Cal for Beth's Bridal shower. Got dropped off early at the airport and got to enjoy a really large beer and a little Oprah Mag. This is how it feels to not have your children when you travel.

From Drop Box
We discovered a new Tot safe park in Berkeley with lots of fun sand toys and a water play area for kids. Thank god that Liam did not discover the water play area until the end of the playtime. Little man was COVERED with sand all over! It was so cute seeing him sitting in the middle of a sandy puddle splashing around with a huge smile on his face. Our very own little Pigpen.

6/2/2012 - Soccer Ceremony

From Drop Box
Finn had his last day of soccer season today. I adored his coach this season. Coach Evan was super fun and goofy with the kids and brought out the best in each kid. We are sad that he will not be with Coach Evan next season, but have high hopes with Coach Bora. So cute to see Finny progressing so well with Little Kickers.
