We brought Crockett back to the shelter today. It was the right decision. He needed more activity and a home without young kids. I bawled in the lobby of the Milo Foundation. It was embarrassing because there were tons of people there adopting puppies. I know he will find a good home. We hope to visit him next weekend if he doesn't get adopted. We can take him for a walk. This project which originally started out a my journey to become a better photographer, has morphed into a walk through my everyday life. It's my chance to capture the beauty in my ever hectic, sometimes crazy daily life as a working mama of two beautiful kids, a devoted though at times crazy wife, and a amateur photographer.
