5/23/2012 - Too sunny

Lately, the weather has been so warm and nice. The only downside is that it is really bright and sunny in the mornings. Finn definitely is not a morning person and when the bright sun beats down on his little tired eyes, all he wants to do is throw on his shades and go back to sleep. Oh and tell the paparazzi mom to stop taking pictures.

5/22/2012 - Doctors Office Debauchery

I took Liam to the pediatrician today for his 15 month check up. Those two boys got into nothing by trouble running around the doctor's office. I love seeing that they are playing together a ton. They happened upon the smallest little nook in the examination room to hide in before the doctor showed up with the shots. Immunization shots that is.

Our neighbors bought a kiddie pool so the kids could enjoy the warm weather properly. Liam loved the pool so much he dove in fully clothed. Guess we have a water baby on our hands!!

5/19/2012 - Spiderman

Today, Dylan was parading around in costume and I just happened to have a Spiderman Costume in the trunk of my car. Finn joined the fun and ran around shooting webs at everyone. He is the cutest Spiderman that I have ever seen.

So, Jesse has been gone since yesterday and I feel like a champ for single parenting my two wild little boys. They have been super well behaved and sweet. After a dual bath, love bathing them at the same time, Finn tried on all of the shoes in the shoe shelf. Since I couldn't capture a picture quickly enough of him in my rain boots, I got one of him wearing my boot as a hat. So lucky to have two such fun, well behaved kids.

5/14/2012 - Playing the baby game

Lately Finn has really been into something he calls the baby game. He plays the baby girl. Liam plays the big brother. I play the mama and Jesse plays the papa. It's kind of cute and sad at the same time. Because sometimes he goes into his role as the baby girl when he has done something wrong to Liam. For example, if he hits Liam, he says "Liam knows better because he is the big brother. I am just the baby girl." I think sometimes he just wants a little extra attention because we pay so much attention to Danger Mouse. Today, we had a sweet game of the baby game in our bed. Big brother and little sister calmed down enough to snuggle and pose for a pic.
