5/22/2017 - After school Hike

No Cheri hike for Cole today, so the boys accompanied me on an afterschool dog hike. The kids had fun hiking their pup. It was really hot though.

4/29/2017 - Bootcamp, Hikes and Outdoor time

We've been soaking up all the nice outdoor time with the great weather in the Bay Area this weekend. I had a great bootcamp session in the morning. I feel like I am getting stronger every time. We were partnered up for our workout and our trainer had the teams compete to complete the most reps of certain exercises. My partner and I did 1843 reps of various exercises. I know i am going to be feeling it tomorrow. We ended up winning Protein Shake Shaker Bottles. Love winning!

Following bootcamp, while Jesse got a long run in, the kids and I took Coley out for a nice hike in the redwoods. Other than some minor complaints from one particular kiddo, it was a good time.

Finally, the whole family went out for a nice outdoor lunch and walk near Lake Merritt. Beautiful weather calls for lots and lots of outdoor time.

4/21/2017 - Sleepover with Dylan

We had the treat of having a sleepover with Dylan tonight. The boys all get along so well. It's sweet to see that their childhood friendship hasn't changed over the years. Heck, they even planned to wear the same tshirt.

12/28/2016 - Blur

Winter break has been fun so far, but the boys are definitely getting a little restless. With Jesse and I still working for most of it, they are little Tasmanian devils of pent up energy. I'm glad we are all keeping out sanity ... somewhat.
