8/5/2013 - Baby chicks

They are cute chicks at Chatham!! The eggs hatched to reveal the cutest baby chicks ever!!! Science room fun for Finn!!

8/4/2013 - Giant amounts of fun

I ran my very first 10k ever today! A great way to kick off my 36th year. Fun flat course along the Embarcadero.

You end the race in the ballpark. It was a pretty cool experience.

Jesse was the perfect running partner and stuck with his slow wife the whole way. I can't wait to do another one soon!

8/3/2013 - 36 seems sweet

Today I turned 36 years old. I don't feel embarrassed or unhappy about it. I pretty much feel like I am where I am supposed to be for 36 years on this planet. Tomorrow, I will be running a 10k with Jesse. The giant Race starts and ends at AT&t park. It should fun. 

After a quick trip to the race expo we took the kids to see Turbo. It was awesome.

Then, we headed to San Ramon to BBQ and eat ice cream cake. It was a low key and fun birthday.

Tonight my saints of parents and sister are taking the kids overnight so we can do our race early tomorrow am. It will be the first sleepover for the three boys. Hoping they will be great boys. Cheers to kicking off my 36th year right!
